	4th Annual Teen Short Film Festival
Basic Rules · You must pre-register to participate! · Writers/directors of films must be ages 11-18 · All films must be G-rated · Films must be 15 minutes or less · Films may be an individual or group project · All films must be submitted on time according to the rules REGISTER NOW through Oct 20, 2012!
