The
David A. Howe Public Library book cart drill team marched in the 2010
Great Wellsville Balloon Rally Parade on July 11, 2009. Their theme
this year, Make a Splash @ Your Library, went along with the Summer
Reading Program theme at the library. They decorated their carts with
just some of the programming and events available at the library:
concerts, lectures, movies, story times, and classes.
